I intend for this website to be my last and final one, subject to the whims of my increasingly non-fertile mind and the humor and/or wrath of whatever Gods may be overseeing this effort.
I have shown below links to all my other websites, which vary in content, context, appropriateness, humor, truth, and impact. I think this may be my final effort, although I have said that on all my previous websites in one way or another.
The muse is still with me, and my fingers mostly, but not always, interpret the inane and perplexing neural activity in my brain into something that I hope may be entertaining, possibly funny, and hopefully poignant and maybe even useful.
All this will be worth what you are paying for it, may entertain, might even help secure a common bond among those of us willing to weed through this, and serve to express our common humanity. That also is a fairly brief, truncated, and short version of my understanding of the meaning of life.
I hope you enjoy it, find it somewhat provocative, and laugh occasionally throughout the journey. I should hasten to add that this hope applies equally to the website and our lives in general.

Santa Fe, New Mexico
The photo at the left was recently and whimsically taken by Liz in a little enclosure in our back yard. It is a private space, overlooking the prairie south of Santa Fe and with a view of the nearby mountains to the south.
The sculpture was commissioned by her son, Jarrett West (a well known local artist and builder), as a gift when we purchased and remodeled the house almost four years ago. It is a unique wind vane of sorts, and has an ancient locomotive (I love railroads) created out of steel by a local artist, and the upper assembly turns, depending on the varying directions of the winds.
I was caught in a pensive mood, looking away of some far-off vista, and was content and at peace, happy, and satisfied.
I could find no better way to encapsulate our life here.
